we can study many opennings, make
many exercises for improving our tactics strengthen, but if we
dont deepen our understanding about the basic strategic
concepts, in some way, we always will be playing without guide
(blind) My objective is developing you in a logical way for
thinking in chess, based in the handling deep of concepts and
typical positions.
My name is Diego Mussanti, I have
a Master title of the International Chess Federation (Master
Fide) and my experience like chess on line teacher is very important and successfull.
- I mainly work
on ICC, the Internet
Chess
Club (www.chessclub.com)
, the on line chess club more
important of the world, with aprox. 30000 users. I am one of the most active teachers
there, from several years ago.
- I also can work on world chess
network (www.worldchessnetwork.com)
and USchesslive (www.uschesshall.org),
even I was part of the stuff that make
offcial events for the users in these sites.

Summary:
Clalauquen
is an excellent teacher. I began working with him because I
had recently been destroyed in an OTB game with the sicilian,
and he said that he could help me with it. I enjoyed the
lesson so much, that I asked him to help me with my endgame as
well. He takes time to explain the concepts he is teaching,
and really knows what the essential things to show you are. He
is probably the best value for your money (only 15 chekels!)
on the ICC. I'm definitely not going to look for another
teacher for a LONG time.

Some extra information about me: I beat to Kasparov
in a simul in Argentina in 1992, and I am Civil engeneer
I think this professional formation help me for being a better
chess teacher too.
but stop telling about me, let us see that
you can get and to learn.
They are lesson for all level players,
mainly divided in two category, beginners-novice, and
middle-expert, but both includes cuztomized lessons to
each level player.
Always the basic idea is the mentioned, to
develop in a logical way for thinking in chess.
for beginners-novice
players the standard
lesson plan is:
-20 lessons on basic concepts, like
developement rules, the center control etc, and a basic
openning repertoire. Part of that work could be reviewing
student games and showing then general msitakes and
introducing in basic concepts, and (or) working about model
games.
10 lessons about basic endgames and tactics exercises.
-After it the student could get the middle-expert
plan.
for middle-expert players the complete lesson plan
is:
First Part: 30 Standard lessons:
-15 lessons about middlegame, 10
introducing and (or) deepening the main strategy concepts, and
5 for practicing them.
- 10 lessons about endgames concepts and endgame practicing.
- 5 lessons about tactics (middlegame calculation)
Second Part: 30 Cuztomized Lessons:
-10 lessons for reviewing own student
games, for controling and improving the manage of the
middlegame and endgame concepts introduced in the first part
of the plan.
-20 Lessons for working in the openning
repertoire.

some more opinions from my students who
took that kind of lesson

Summary:
I have had
more than 30 lessons with clalauquen. I have been fairly
satisfied with his instruction. I have found his end game
instruction particularly instructive. His fist language is not
english but I have had no difficulty understanding him. He is
very reasonably priced. His 10 lesson package is a very good
deal and I recomend you start with this. Chess instruction
isn't a one way street both parties have to be on the same
page. Make sure to ask questions if you take lessons from any
instructor. Good luck (unless you play me!) and enjoy.

Summary: I have taken over
thirty lessons from Clalauquen and have been extremely
happy so far. I went through his basic program first,
covering good vs. bad bishop ect., and during this he
taught me a lot about planning as well as the reasons to
make moves during the middle game to get ahead during
the endgame. This was extremely important for me and has
taken my standard rating from 1300 to over 1600. I have
taken lessons from two other instructors on ICC and
prefer Clalauquens method of teaching because he teaches
you the 'why' behind the moves. He also asks questions
to make sure you understand the material and has never
failed to answer one of my questions. He also records
our lessons so I can view them any time I want. His
prices are some of the most affordable on ICC, and more
importantly to me he shows up on time every time for our
lessons. He has only missed 2 lessons and he let me
know about both ahead of time. If you enjoy chess as
much as I do I highly recommend giving Clalauquen a try.
